Hi! Thanks for stopping by my blog and leaving a comment. I have never tried lavender in a container, I will give it a try next year. Your stitchwork is very pretty, you should post more photos.
Oh, I just love Princess of Quite a Lot! I use to have a mug but it broke. Haven't seen a lot of ME stuff lately, don't know what is going on there. I do know her magazine is done though. You've done lovely work here.
Thanks for stopping by hub's Tuesdays with Dorie post! I posted this reply to your comment:
"Why, Susancnw, why?? What were you thinking??!? As if they didn't dream up enough of this crazy stuff on their own...without you jumping in there and stirring the pot! :D"
Susan, if it's glass, I really think you can just spray paint over it without sanding. I have a glass lamp base that I sprayed & it's never chipped at all. It should stick just fine. Thank you for stopping by!
Hi Susan -- Thanks for visiting my blog. Just get some painter's tape. I use the blue stuff. Tape the trim around the door down by the floor. That should substantially reduce the amt of stain on trim.... although, I imagine you'd be using a LOT of tape if you do door trim and baseboard.
Hi Susan, Thanks for stopping by to say hi and leaving some helpful suggestions for me to try out on my bathroom dilemma. I LOVE the idea of your blog and hope that you continue it. It is such great motivation for all of us to share craft items we are working on. I love your sampler and ADORED Mary Englebreit. There is so much encouragement here in blogland. I will check back to see how you are doing so keep posting! Blessings to you, Kymber
hi susan... the shops in League City are grouped together and look like a bunch of little houses. Coming into the old part of town they're just passed that weird intersection on the right.have fun! Dixie

Native Texan, now living in Colorado. Wife of one, mother of many...4 here now, one awaiting the Return and any kids who gets close enough for me to mother. Love to laugh and fortunately, my family and pets offer many opportunities.
I also promise that whenever I post pictures of future 'projects' I WILL post the finished project. Once I pick all the cottonwood fluff from it...sigh.

Love all things ME - her magazine is one of my favorites. You are probably right, here in the South pearls probably would go with my Alabama tshirt!
